Ghana Division One League side Rainmasters FC star, Dickson Afoakwa, is making headlines in the 2024/25 Ghana Division One League season as he sets his sights on the coveted top scorers’ award.
The forward has been in sensational form, finding the back of the net in each of his last five league matches, which has propelled him to the top of the goal-scoring charts with five goals in five matches.
Afoakwa continued his scoring streak on Saturday afternoon , netting the only goal for Rainmasters in their narrow 1-0 win to Attram De Visser FC at the Ghanaman soccer center of Excellence, Prampram . Despite the win, his impressive performance cements his status as a leading contender for the Goal King award, achieving the remarkable feat of scoring in five consecutive matches in zone 3.
The former Asante Kotoko forward is looking forward to qualify Rainmasters to the Ghana premiership league next season and he has won three Man of the match in zone 3.
